Forensic Auditing, Statutory Audit, Finance Controller, Management Consulting, etc. - Company Secretary (CS) – Students who are more inclined towards theory-related
courses like law opt for this course and these generally come under ICSI. The
professionals under this type of legal path generally deal with agreements and legal
purposes in the company and usually achieve senior-level positions in large corporate

as auditor, tax consultant, business analyst, etc.) whereas a person who has done MCom is
salaried within a range of 8 lakhs per annum to 16 lakhs per annum on average depending
